DIRECT BILLING

 

We are pleased to offer direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross and ALL insurance companies associated with Telus eClaims. Please complete all required intake forms, health history and consent forms IN FULL before your appointment or your appointment time will be affected with completing them.
Even though we direct bill, occasionally the initial appointment is not eligible for direct billing until the patient submits their first appointment on their own. Please be prepared to pay for the first appointment or any subsequent appointments in full in case of unforeseen delays in direct billing authorization by the insurance company.
Each insurance policy is unique to each patient, their company and the contract their company has with their insurance company. It is the patient’s responsibility to know what their Doctor referral requirements, yearly deductibles, per appointment and yearly maximums are. This information can be acquired by calling your insurance company with the phone number usually on the back of your insurance card. If you need further assistance, please call your insurance company customer service or Human Resources for your company.

MSP OR OTHER GOVERNMENTAL COVERAGE

 

We apologize, we are not set up to accept any MSP, Governmental coverage. Payment is accepted in full and the patient can submit for reimbursement.

 

 Unfortunately, we are not set up to accept any new or open ICBC or Worksafe Claims cases. Once the claim has been closed, we are happy to assist you.
